Steve and his team provided an excellent service from the first call to request a survey and quotation to the work being done. The survey was completed using a drone showing the damaged areas on the roof. Quotation was provided swiftly and work completed within a week. Hopefully the need does not occur again soon but would be more than happy to use SPH Roofing again.

We had the pleasure of using SPH this week. Following storm damage, Steve attended and conducted a professional survey, including using a drone that enabled effective photos and advice. Steve also provided excellent customer service to my wife in making contact and arranging the assessment. The following day, Hugo, Jamie and Louis attended; they promptly and professionally replaced three ridge tiles and three broken tiles and cleared the gullet of vegetation. We were very impressed with the service and plan to book them again.

Had a first class experience with SPH. Had a few leaks in our aging roof and were unsure where they were. Lewis came round to look with the drone, showing pictures of where the problems were and talking through what needed to be done. Provided a prompt quote and then completed the work in a short time frame to ensure we were leak proof! Really professional, polite team and felt updated throughout. Would recommend to anyone.

I had the pleasure of hiring Steve and his team to do a full roof installation, replacing all the old existing tiles and roofing felt. I have been having leaking issues due a poor dry ridge installation in 2017. After doing extensive vetting and meeting the team I was very confident that I have found the right team. First impressions are important to me, this was maintained from start to finish and I believe they worked on my home like it was their own. Kurt, Lewis, Regie and Jamie were very polite (even when I got their names wrong consistently), genuinely attentive and patient when I asked a lot of questions about what they were doing and why. Each time I left settled and more confident that the work was in good hands, night and day compared to work the that was done previously. Before finishing off the day the team would make sure the surrounding site was clean and tided from debris. I have since (and evening during the work) had neighbours complimenting, admiring the hard work and professionalism the team displayed. I’m very critical and fussy but the final result is ‘perfect’. I have no issue recommending SPH Roofing to any friends and family. Now I just need it to rain so it’ll wash some of the dust off the new tiles haha. Thanks again SPH, Super job.

Reg and Jamie turned up on time. They were very pleasant and polite throughout and courteously introduced themselves on arrival. They worked extremely hard on our chimney repair and showed me photographs of the work explaining everything. The work looks extremely skilled and professional, and I have no doubt that they've sorted our problem out to a very high standard. They checked other concerns I had re our chimney pot and gutters. They cleared up at the end of the job. Stephen managed to book us in not long after coming to take a look. I am very happy that SPH/Reg and Jamie have done the work and fixed our leaking chimney and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and use them again.

Superb service by Steve and his team. Steve came out to have a look at the cracked tile and discussed on some other minor work required on the roof. He managed to fit the job the following day and his team came out at the agreed time, and finished the job including a few other minor stuff beside the replacing craced tile. Highly reliable and recommended!!

Great service from Steve and his team. My roof had a gap, a slipped tile and some lead missing from a valley. Steve identified all this by using his drone and later analysing the footage. A quote was sent within a couple of days, and the guys turned up and completed the job in a few hours without any fuss. This is the second time I've used SPH Roofing and will do so in future. SPH did this job in April but I've been unable till now to post a review. Our ridge tiles needed replacing urgently after the storms earlier this year. We had estimates from several firms, all of whom seemed good and competitive. We accepted the SPH estimate and they did the job very promptly, because of impending rain, with tiles that look good and at the price of the estimate. Needless to say, the rain came and our house kept dry.
