I will never even consider another haulier again, 10/10 service and execution. Williamson Global goes above and beyond in order for the customer to be satisfied. I was importing my first 40ft container and was very new to the whole situation, Williamson Global guided me through the progress with ease. I faced some issues with unloading, the phone lines were always open and were always giving me advice on what to do. Turns out the items in the container were too large to unload normally, so Williamson Global solved the problem by taking it back to their specialised port, and unloaded it for me with specialised equipment. After that they transported it back to me in a special truck so I could unload without issues this time. Its hard to imagine a haulier with a better or even comparable service / execution.
